Random subsector generator updated

After a request, I have now updated the Random SubSectorGenerator so that one can select the subsector name and the name of subsector capital.

    Updated again. Today with an option of generating a postscript file of the random subsector. :-)

    Updated again. It is now possible to select which rules that should be used. :-)

    Postscript function has also been slightly improved.
