New subsector mapping tool

Alex Schroeder has made a very nice subsector mapping tool. :-D

The interface is simple, and it produces nice looking svg maps.

IE might have problems showing the map. :-(

Firefox will work fine. :-)

    IE doesn’t only seem to have problems with svg files. It also have problems with long URLs. It is probably limited in the URL size to avoid the overflow buffer bug.
