[Just discovered these boards - hi everyone!]
I’ve asked this question in other fora (and even emailed Marc Miller!) but haven’t got a good answer yet. According to MM, the constraints of Zho society are incompatible with low pop worlds. This doesn’t seem to agree with the world generation rules in the Zhodani Alien Module (pop 1D+4 if starport X, else 2D-2). What are the correct rules to use? Should it be 1D+4 *except for* starport X (giving a flat probability distribution of pop 5 to A)?
Berka, I know you’ve got a Zhodani option in your subsector generator - what does it use?

Berka or anybody else:
Anybody know the star for the Sheyou system and also I have encountered various conflicts in data about the Number of Planetiods, Gas giants and belts (111 as orpoosed to 411) anybody set me straight before I post a land grab)? Also any advice for the mapping and icons and such. Berka I really liked the way your Cipango system landgrab turned out.
I’m curious as to which parts of your Foreven sector are canonical and which are invented. The subsector names, the worlds placement, and the political borders are canon, yes?
I’ve found sources which claim that there are only 5 world names and UPPs in Foreven which are canonical: Alenzar, Raschev, Hollis, Reidain and Urnian. Is this correct?
While I respect the work put in on zho.berka’s version of Foreven, if you could also post a “just the canon” version of Foreven as well, it would make it a lot easier on Ref’s like myself who want to make use of the sector’s “Ref’s preserve” status for a homebrew campaign, but don’t have access to Imperiallines #1. We need to know which parts are OTU canon and which parts are open to development.
Thanks for your time and attention,
LL
I have noticed that your planet icons bring a added dimension to the maps. I believe you developed them. Are they downloadable and how do you do such a nice job on those maps?
I remembered seeing “HOME” on the mail atlas and in the Solomani Rim moduals. But not in the GAL24 mapping system or any databases I came accross.
So… I placed it where I could detect from the origional maps where it is suppose to be.
Here is my GAL24 data sheet on the system …Home / Aldebaran / ALDEBARAN……
World: Home

your vessel and also do the piloting to approperate port.

Hello all!
I’m needing help in detailing some sectors that is near Solomani Rim area.
THey are Rim Reach and Phlange.
Also I have created one that is to the left of RimReach and rimward ofMalorn Sectors, called Yelkceb.
If you want to help, contact me at baron_von_greylord (at) charter.net
I also have an e-group that is where I store my SARs.
The files are in the Files / Un Explores space of the E-Group.
Be fun to do this from a starting point in the Aldebaran sector and make the way to those sectors. I like to see this done in “play” mode. But it is only an option.
Please contact me directly for futher details and to relay your notes/findings to me for collection.
I like to use this group as a point of general discussions of the Solomani Are of space and Berka has been gracious to add Solomani Rim to his forum listing! Thanks Berka!
Again, Thanks folks

I’m currently starting on mapping the sectors of RimReach and Phlange.
Also the sectors that is to the left of Banners.
I like to have help in doing so. I have an e-group at yahoo. All are welcome.
I’m not much in writing details, like some I’ve seen, and those who wish to write such, will be greatly appreciated.
I like to start on some detailing on Banners as well as Malorn to set the stage for the adjacent sectors.
Thanks in advance

After a request, I have now updated the Random SubSectorGenerator so that one can select the subsector name and the name of subsector capital.
