After a request, I have now updated the Random SubSectorGenerator so that one can select the subsector name and the name of subsector capital.
I noticed that the java (by Jo Grant) that I use for displaying was a bit picky with the syntax. When I corrected some galactic map files, (removing extra lines, etc.) I also noticed some other errors.
CLASSIC GALAXY:
Usingou Sector, Chtatsplierol 0707, is listed as Chtatsplierol 0717
Tienspevnekr Sector, error in SubSector D.
Replacement for Core Sector posted at Galactic WebBoard.
Antares Sector, Aruga 2528 should be moved from sub-K to sub-L.
TNE GALAXY:
Solomani Rim, In SubSector I, 0606 should be 0626.
Solomani Rim, Lots of tabs instead of spaces.
Old Expanses, Sub D, Remove 0321 0131 Change 0132 to 3210, and fix UPP.
Are there any more errors?
The galactic space atlas now uses Jo Grant’s java output.
You can still select the ascii version if You like that.
In the Classic Listings, Reno had hydrographics-2.
In some web-based listings, and in Galactic 2.4,
and in GT:BtC, Reno has no water.
When and How did the water on Reno
(Spinward Marches/Chronor/0102) disappear?
What is Your opinion?
The ascii Space Atlas is now in Beta-Test mode.
It is based on my random subsector generator,
that has been modified to read galactic2.4 files.
