The Spiff Fighter Squadron a.k.a. the Spiffoids are defending the nice garden planets against evil the Zorg hordes. The Spiff fighters are faster than the Zorg Ships, and have weapons with a longer range, but the Zorgs have lots of big ships...

Zorg
The Zorg Planet Bustar is a ship capable of destroying planets, if they get close enough. The evil Zorgs use these type of ship to destroy planets with inhabitants that don't want to become Zorg slaves. Fortunately, the range of the main wepon is short, but if this ship gets into range, then its bye, bye planet...

Hints:
The color values goes from 0 to 255. 0 is the darkest. 255 is the brightest. Mix red, green and blue to the color You want for the background.

If You select a predified color, then any other color selection will be discarded.

You can tile the counters in a 5x5 sheet if You want. If You select the Yes++ option, then the Ship ID will be incremented for each counter. (This will only work if the Ship ID only have numbers and letters in it.)

To Save the StarShip Counters, rightclick and select "Save Image As" and select to save the StarShip Counters as a gif-file. (This is basically how to do it, but it may differ with different browsers.)

You can use two or three ratings. The ratings could be Attack-Bombard-Defence or Attack-Defence-Movement, depending on what rules You use.

For rating values You can use 1c for 100 etc...

The rules for submitting icons are:
The dimension is 100x100 pixels, and uses websafe black and white colors only. That is the colors where RGB are all the same and have the values, (in hex) 00, 33, 66, 99, CC, FF. The format is gif.

Any submitted image might be used for free in other traveller software as well.

Scenarios:

The Zorgs is using their planet busters to attack the planet. How many Spiffoid fighter do You need to stop the Zorgs before it is too late...

The Hhkar invasion fleet is arriving. They are slow and low tech, but maybe there are too many ships for the combined Julian and Vargr fleets to stop.

It is the Julian war. Can the Impies change history this time and destroy the Julian fleets, or will they survive.

A space amoeba is spotted in deep space, and it is approaching the planet fast... Will the space waffe be able to stop it before it eats up the planet?

Will the ships from the good movie series be able to beat the crap out of the ships from the silly TV series? Yes, probably...

If You need a hexagon space map then You can use the QuickHex to produce a nice one with stars in the background.

Counterstrike is a ruleset that can be used for spacebattles and tradewar.

Mayday is another ruleset that can be used for spacebattles.
